kendra's senior photos
So! On Saturday, I took Kendra's senior portraits, along with my dad's help. For my very first photoshoot ever, I thought it went pretty well! And it was also a huge blast. Unfortunately, I am trigger-happy and not professional at all, but hopefully I will improve! And hopefully Kendra won't mind I post these, because I think she looks BEAUTIFUL in every single one (no thanks to my photo skillz - her beauty is au naturale~), but I know everyone is their own worst critic.

Anyway, I'm no Anna Dobos (who I swear took EVERY SINGLE ONE of my friend's senior photos), but I am really proud of myself. Photography might actually be something I'll do in college. I'm not really interested in early education anymore.

Anyway, now I have to dedicate the next month or so to studying my lines for the play, and also for the SAT which is in October. I am actually really stressed and exhausted right now, but tough shit for me, I guess.

Oh, and my dog has been given a tentative year to live, at best. I found that out after I posted my last LJ entry. I'm really depressed about that. I love my dog. She's been with us for 12 years. I can remember the day we got her and... man.

Yeah, so actually, things are going pretty shitty right now, haha. I'm just exhausted and haven't been able to sleep well for the past four nights. I'm sure I'll be happier when I sleep well again. And I promise to catch up on commenting soon.

Personally, I really think that only applies to certain theatres. Like where the actors were, you know, killed. :D

Since when were senior portraits COOL and NEAT and FUN? HUH?!?? WHY DID NOBODY TELL MY SCHOOL?!? I would love for you to take a photoshoot of me one day. X3

Yeah, what the hell? Every high school I'd ever heard of made people take senior photos at this one single place, where the guys would have to come in with ties and jackets, and the girls had to take off their shirts and drape this stupid thing on their shoulders so it LOOKED like they were wearing some sorta dress. And EVERYONE'S head was forced to be tilted at the same angle or else the photographer would get snappy with you. UGH

I printed out a lot of stupid pictures on sticker-paper and put them over my senior portrait in all my friends' yearbooks. Who cares? It was a shitty 30 page booklet anyway.

Pfft, these pictures are so much better than that Anna Dobos' :P She's all style and nothing else.

I just wanted to let you know that since I have seen these I have become increasingly disappointed with my senior photos. Even though they haven't been taken yet. Because I know mine will not look 1/57893254th as cool. THESE ARE SO WONDERFUL I WANT YOU TO DO MINE :(:(:( get your camera and drive across the ocean and make me look beautiful. (but don't hit the geese!)
